Priscilla Wilson is an artist and designer living on the Central Coast of California. She has loved art her entire life and started drawing from the moment she was able to hold a crayon. Currently she works for a graphic design firm, but has also been selling her own artwork in artist alleys at conventions. Her art style is heavily influenced by Japanese patterns and kimonos which can be seen in her intricate line work. Though she is working on her own pop culture inspired pieces now, some of her past work includes art and design for Gallery 1988, Hero Complex Gallery, Threadless, Dave Matthews Band, Ray LaMontagne, and Maria Bamford.

She first discovered the magic that can be created with Micron pens and marker paper back in college. The Microns yielded such a precise line and saturated, opaque black ink that regular markers couldn’t. Fast forward to now and Microns are still her pen of choice. She loves the consistent quality as well as how quickly the ink dries – so there is less chance for smudging. Her current favorites are Graphic 1, Micron 08, Micron 05, and Micron 03. All four of these pens are used in all of her art pieces that you see today.
